Using the service

MyDrinkAI provides AI-assisted recipes, planning tools, and community sharing. Keep your account secure and submit only content you have the right to share. Do not abuse message allowances, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content.

Recipes and safety

AI responses may contain errors. You are responsible for checking ingredient quantities, allergens, storage, food handling, and preparation. Recipe guidance is not medical advice. Alcoholic recipes are intended for people of legal drinking age where they live. Drink responsibly; never drink and drive. Alcohol-free alternatives are available.

Your content

You retain rights to the content you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide the service and to display content you explicitly publish. Do not publish someone else’s copyrighted text or photos without permission.

Free and paid plans

The free plan includes 30 AI messages per UTC week, with up to 30 additional messages earned from eligible community contributions. Founding Member pricing, when available, is $19.99 monthly or $149.99 annually. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel through the billing portal and retain access until your paid period ends. Unlimited use remains subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls.

Availability

We may update the service, resolve errors, or suspend accounts involved in abuse. No recipe outcome, uninterrupted availability, or AI accuracy is guaranteed. These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
